Download the self-care assessment and mark 1, 2, 3 or 4 for each attribute. If you score more than 150 you should think about focusing on self-care

Identify points where you marked yourself as needing improvement on the self-care assessment, then choose one area to incorporate into your life.

Some things you might want to think about

  • Write a gratitude journal at the end of each day
  • Try diaphragmatic breathing
  • Take time out for you each day (at least 30 minutes)
  • Clarity around life/vision, try creating a vision board or write a letter from the future
  • Get an exercise buddy
  • Try meditation.  Apps like insight timer, head space and calm can help
  • Try self-development podcasts or YouTube
  • Finding like-minded friends that support your self-care
  • Try a technology detox for 1 hour a day (preferably before bed)
  • Spend more time in nature
