I have had so many positive comments about these Date Cashew Cacao & Coconut Balls! Everyone loves them! They are easy, delicious and nutritious!
If you are watching your weight, make the balls small so the calories per serving are reduced.  The calories per ball are 107 for 14 balls and go up to 150 calories each for 10 balls.  They are quite filling so there is no real need to make large balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews not salted or roasted, preferably organic, pre-soaked
  • 1 cup dates preferably organic
  • 1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon organic cacao
  • 2 tablespoons organic shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients except dates into a blender. 
  • Turn on blender and drop the dates down chute one by one to avoid jamming the blender. 
  • Makes 10-15 balls depending on size
