Healthy Vegetarian Trail Mix

Serves 20

Ingredients

100 grams walnuts

100 grams  sunflower seeds

100 grams  pumpkin seeds

100 grams  hemp seeds

100 grams buckwheat grouts

100 grams shredded coconut

100 grams cocoa nibs

8 teaspoons sea salt

filtered water to cover seeds

 

Method

Cover sunflower, hemp, pumpkin seeds and buckwheat with filtered water. Add 8 teaspoons salt and soak for 12-24 hours.

 

Rinse and spread out on baking paper in the oven on 40-50C for 12 hours.

 

Mix with coconut and cocoa nibs.  Store in airtight container. Will keep for months!!!
