Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed (or 1.5 cups chickpeas, soaked overnight and cooked)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix olive oil, spices and seasoning
  • Coat chickpeas
  • Lay on baking paper on an oven tray. Try to have chickpeas separated (not touching each other)
  • Bake at 200 degrees Celcius for 30 minutes turning occasionally.
